Mr. Mohamad Obaidy, our fearless leader, is such an inspiration to each of us to be the best caregivers we can be. His involvement in our day-to-day operations helps ensure success and smooth functionality.
Without his positive energy, kind heart, and love of early education, Nanda would not be the center we know and love today. Unlike most business owners, Mr. Mohamad makes it a point to show his employees that he genuinely cares by spending time in their classrooms. For this reason, among many others, students greet him by name and with a smile!
Ms. Andrea Guridi

Ms. Andy has been a part of the Nanda family since 2013. She is the Center Director for the Traville and Shady Grove locations.
She carries out a variety of academic, operational, managerial, and administrative tasks throughout the day, but her focus will always be on the children. She is a caring and loving individual who’s always ready to lend a hand.
Ms. Diana Kiffmeier

Ms. Diana has been with Nanda Learning Center for over 9 years. Before becoming our curriculum coordinator, she was one of our Two’s teachers for about 5 years. Ms. Diana works alongside our teaching staff in everything related to curriculum, activities, special events, and MSDE accreditation.
Ms. Mariana Almeida

Ms. Mariana is Nanda’s new management assistant. Her role is to assist the Rockville locations with the day-to-day operations of the centers. Her responsibilities also include providing support to our directors and staff as needed.
Ms. Pamela Meredith
Center Director Manassas VA Location
Ms. Pamela is our Center Director at our Manassas VA location. She is in charge of the daily operations of the center. Ms. Pamela has been in Early Childhood Education for over 8 years and has her Child Development Associates. (CDA). She loves working with children because it has numerous advantages such as watching children grow and develop into self-sufficient learners.
Ms. Kelsie Spinner
Assistant Director Manassas VA Location
Ms. Kelsie Spinner is our assistant director at the Manassas location. Her role is to support all families with the enrollment process, billing, and record keeping. She is a great communicator and the best person to answer your questions when the director is not available.
