Mr. Obaidy leads with positive energy, compassion, and a genuine passion for early education, creating a supportive environment where both children and staff can thrive. His leadership style is rooted in connection—he makes it a priority to spend time in classrooms, engaging with teachers and children alike.
Unlike many business owners, Mr. Obaidy is deeply present in the daily life of the center. He builds meaningful relationships with staff and families, showing consistent care and appreciation for the work of his team. Because of this, children know him by name and greet him with excitement and smiles each day.

Ms. Maria Castillo
Center Director (Virginia Location)Ms. Maria Castillo proudly serves as the Center Director at our Manassas location. Since joining Nanda Learning Center in 2018 as a Toddler Lead Teacher, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, professionalism, and leadership. Through her commitment to excellence, she quickly expanded her experience across multiple age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschool, she earned a well-deserved promotion to Center Director back on 2024.
Ms. Maria brings a deep-rooted connection to our organization, having grown within Nanda and developed a strong understanding of our values, culture, and commitment to high-quality early childhood education. Her outstanding leadership and managerial skills, combined with her passion for teaching and genuine care for children, families, and staff, make her an invaluable leader.
Her ability to inspire her team, foster a nurturing learning environment, and uphold the highest standards of care and education truly sets her apart and makes her exceptionally well-suited for this role.

Ms. Diana Lemus
General AdministratorMs. Diana Lemus serves as the General Administrator across all Nanda Learning Center locations, where she works closely with administrators, directors, and teaching staff to support the overall quality and consistency of our programs.
Ms. Diana has been part of the Nanda organization since 2013, when she began her journey as a Two-Year-Old Teacher. After five years in the classroom, she transitioned into an administrative role, bringing with her a strong foundation in early childhood education and classroom practice. In 2018, she also served as the founding Director of our Manassas location, further strengthening her leadership experience within the organization.
In her current role, Ms. Diana supports the administrative team in coordinating key initiatives, including children and family events, teacher professional development, curriculum implementation, and daily classroom activities. Her work ensures alignment across all locations while maintaining high standards of care and education.
With her extensive experience, organizational leadership, and passion for early childhood education, Ms. Diana plays a vital role in supporting both staff and families and in driving the continued growth and success of Nanda Learning Center.
